I've let myself down.
I binged and purged twice yesterday.
I'm getting back on track today, but I'm really upset that this isn't day three of being clean. I'm starting back at day 1. But I'm not going to stop trying.
Intake:
- 1c cereal
- 1/2c milk
- 1 protein pancake
- 5ish tbsp nutella
- b/p
- 1c oatmeal
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 frozen pizza
- b/p
